Rebelle Style Studio and Gallery was created because I want to provide a private, quiet and creative, comfortable and clean environment for clientele and artist alike. It is a private, appointment only studio.

Meet the Owner
Jessica Flanagan, Professional Tattoo Artist
I am the owner and creator of Rebelle Studio & Gallery, where I provide a comfortable and private studio environment and create beautiful, meaningful and colorful works of tattoo art. I have over a decade of experience, and I specialize in color realism, animation and most nature themed art, like animals, flowers and insects. I work with bold, saturated color, using the finest inks in the industry, and the most recent technology and medical practices.

Tuesday through Saturday 10:00am to 5:00pm
Non-Refundable Deposit Policy
$100 deposits are required at the time of booking the appointment.
When you come to the appointment, the $100 deposit is applied to the final cost of the tattoo on that day.
Rescheduling needs to be requested no later than 48 hours notice Tuesday through Saturday. Any requests sent Sunday and Monday will not be honored in the 48 hour window.
In the event you do not give 48 hours notice of rescheduling, the $100 deposit is forfeited.
if you cancel the appointment without 48 hours notice the deposit Is forfeited and a new one needs to be left when rescheduling.
There are no exceptions.
